Had a great experience with Invictus Roofing and would highly recommend them to anyone without hesitation. The sales representative Nick Sloan and Jaiden Tillotson were very helpful and professional in handling all matters with the insurance claim and meeting with the adjuster. They were also helpful in explaining the process, steps involved and worked with me on the scheduling the install date after the holidays.The roof was installed in a timely manner and clean up afterwards was excellent. the next day I inspected the driveway and yard afterward and not a single stray nail was found.The roof looks better than ever. I can not express how much I recommend Invictus Roofing and this sales team.

My experience with Invictus was professional and they made the process very easy. Jacob Elliott worked with our insurance company to expedite the claim process and get the maximum needed resources to fix the store damage. Chris Anderson was on-sight the entire day as the crew arrived on time and worked quickly and professionally to install our new roof in a single day. The guys were very respectful to our property and made a stressful situation quick and painless. I would recommend Invictus and will be using them again in the future.

I highly recommend Invictus. Normally I shoo away any salesman but Jakob Houwing was so professional and knowledgeable that I gave him a few minutes to evaluate my roof. We had a hail storm in April but I didn’t appreciate the damage done until he showed me drone footage of my roof. After hearing glowing references about Invictus, we moved forward to have our roof replaced. We had some complications with our insurance company but Jakob was tenacious and got our full reimbursement (minus deductible). The crew was able to get the roof and gutters replaced in one day. It is amazing how much the new roof and gutters improved the appearance of my house. Everyone I had contact with at the company was courteous, competent and professional. So glad I answered the door and found Invictus!
