They have been nothing short of incredible. Every technician or representative we've ever worked with has been courteous and kind and efficient. They always treat our (very smart and determined) husky with respect and kindness. I constantly recommend their services and products to others. They took so much time and attention to detail when installing the fence and training and making sure we understood everything. We felt supported the whole way. And when we had a small blip (our fault not theirs) everything was resolved immediately. Top notch and I would never use anyone else.
