Excellent product and outstanding team! This is my second time having Clark Associates install an invisible fence — the first was back in 2015 — and once again, they did not disappoint. Ten years later, their commitment to quality and customer service remains exceptional. This recent installation was for a much larger property, with nearly 3,000 feet of boundary wire laid across challenging terrain that included hills, a pond, and multiple driveways. They sent two vans and two installers, Alex and Sean, who both demonstrated excellent work ethic and professionalism. They listened carefully to my concerns, adjusted to my requests, and completed the work with precision. We had an Invisible Fence installed at our home and the service was excellent from start to finish. Michael, our installer, did an amazing job. He showed up on time, worked efficiently, and took extra care to walk us through every detail of the system. He explained how the collars work, how to adjust the settings, and even gave us helpful tips for training our dogs. You can tell he really knows what he’s doing and cares about both the pets and the owners. Our dogs adjusted quickly and we feel so much more confident letting them enjoy the yard. We’re very happy with the system and would definitely recommend Invisible Fence—and especially Michael as the installer.

I have a very old fence and it now from time to time just starts beeping and needing repairs. I called in the morning and thank goodness they had an opening that very morning. Michael L. was my service technician and he took care of everything and buried my wires so that they can’t be seen some other service people don’t do that. They leave them above ground with the electrical nuts on them and it drives me crazy. Definitely Michael did not do that. He did a quality job and put them back in the ground like they should’ve been. I have had Invisible Fence with Clark’s now for 26 years actually 27 years in April between two properties. We recently had an Invisible Fence installed and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. Michael was our installer and he was fantastic—on time, professional, and very patient explaining how everything works. He walked us through the training process, answered all of our questions, and made sure we felt totally comfortable before he left.
