Large corporation where you can’t reach a local person. Service calls and “training” are all very costly not to mention the quality of battery life! We ditched them and went with a local competitor who has a 2 year battery life and is a one man show owner/operator! Shop around! Do your research. Outdated products and horrible battery life on the collars 👎🏻

Love this system! Have two Doberman Pinschers that are learning the system quite well in just a few weeks. Helene was fabulous in exposing the system from her initial visit and her follow-up communication was fabulous. I’d recommend this Boundary Pius system to anyone!
