Invisible Fence Brand of Central Texas

Alex and Will are great to work with. I have never been able to keep my dogs contained which meant keeping them indoors and escorting them outside for restroom and exercise. Now I can keep them outside without any worries. I love my invisible fence and will highly recommend it to anyone.

I have had an Invisible Fence using the Austin location for 6.5 years and really love the product... it has probably saved my dog's life because she used to be a runner before we installed this product. I needed a new battery for my dog's collar and just saw that there is now a location in College Station. I called and they dropped a battery off at my house within a couple of hours of asking for it! I also needed a new charger and he went out of his way to make sure he was ordering the right part for my out of date system. Definitely some of the best customer service I have experienced in this town in awhile!

We where told they would train our dogs and no showed several times. When they did come, they stayed for 5 minutes and told to keep working with the dogs as they left. The system doesn't always work and is very spotty, at best. The main reason for the dislike is the guy selling the product didn't do what he said would do and then no showed several times. I'm still waiting for a refund.

Alex and Will are amazing. My Rhondesin Ridgeback has a whole new life of freedom while keeping my safe! He learned super fast. He knows his boundaries An stays within them even when I am not home. LOVE THIS INVISBLE FENCE

Will came out and did a fantastic job training my dogs and helping me learn about the invisible fence system. The system works great for our needs.
