Doug and his team are always great! The training was easy for us and Doug was patient while my feisty and high irritation-tolerant dog tested the limits of the fence! Doug was always focused on making sure Ivy was safe and made lots of small adjustments so she would be deterred to leave the yard but not be harmed in any way. Ivy needs and loves to run as well as sitting in the yard greeting all our neighbors and their dogs walking by. The Invisible Fence allows the humans to go about their business inside while Ivy, who runs the place, can do her business, get the zoomies out safely. I’ve also had the pleasure of working with some of Doug’s team when a landscaper or bunny nipped a line. Most recently they came out the day after the 2’ snow storm and trekked through the snow without delay!

Invisible Fence of Metrowest came to our rescue when the wire in the ground that makes it work was cut by construction. Not only did Doug come the next day, he fixed it with expertise and speed. Now our dog can roam at will again within the fenced in area without our running from window to window to check on him. How great is that?

We had a great experience with training our second dog on our existing invisible fence. Katelyn came out three times to help train our 8 month old dachshund.
