Brian and his crew are simply amazing. They took the time to help me figure out what would work best for our needs. The installation went smoothly and flawlessly and the training that followed was thorough and truly fantastic. Brian was absolutely wonderful to work with, both for myself and for each of my 4 dogs. The positive reinforcement and constant praise he offered allowed the dogs to trust him and learn quickly. Having the Invisible Fence throughout our property, as well as the indoor shield barriers and doggy door, has truly allowed me to reclaim my house and put my mind completely at ease when my dogs are outside and they are absolutely LOVING their new leash free life! We had an old invisible fence system that we had used for our many dog rescues over the years. However, we had no need to use the system with our previous golden retriever that we adopted for 10 years. After we lost her, we had to replace our aging split rail fence before we adopted our next pair of golden retrievers. The new fence meant that the invisible fence wiring had to be restrung along the fence line and connected to our old invisible fence system. The repaired system was up and running in half a day along with new lighter invisible fence collars for our two goldens. The Invisible Fence Brand was the Best Choice and we had a Great experience with Jonathan! Full situation: I have a Czech German Shepherd at 9 months of age in her early training stages. Our friendly shepherd will run to greet every dog and not hesitate to cross the road as much as we practice to wait. As a result my shepherd has had 3 nearly hit by cars and 2 dog fights (not every dog on a leash is friendly). So we debated which fence to get; our HOA will not allow us to put a structured fence in the front yard cutting off half of my shepherd’s running space, she can jump over high obstacles, and the cost of traditionally fencing half the yard was out of my reach, so I was puzzled. Brian and the team at Invisible fence were top notch. After our pup learned how to jump the fence we had to figure out how to safely keep him in. Invisible Fence was the right choice. Installation quick and the training that Brian provided was superb. Brian was never in a rush, super patient and very knowledgable about what the dogs were feeling and how to get them past it. Now they have full use of the yard and even the driveway. We no longer have to worry about leaving the gate open because they won't run out. I can't speak highly enough of the product, the training, Brian and his team. Top notch.

I cannot say enough good about Brian and his team. They have gone above and beyond to make sure everything worked well. They have the BEST customer service of any company I have worked with. I tell everyone how they gave my dog Loki the freedom to run the yard and be safe doing it. Putting in an invisible fence was a good decision but using Brian and his team was a Great one!
