Invisible Fence of Northeast PA

We got our electric fence in June of 2021. I usually wait a few years before I rate something to really give it an honest review. This fence may be the best thing I have ever purchased for my home. We have had zero issues with it. The dog’s life is better and our lives are better. It works 100% of the time. It was such a good investment. 100% recommend.

We love our invisible fence! It gives us peace of mind that our dog will stay on our property and off of the busy roads. We have only needed service twice, and both times, the issue was resolved arriving and affordably.

I had a wonderful experience there. I have had an invisible fence for many years, and recently got a new puppy. I took the collar unit in to get it recalibrated for the smaller dog, and the next week it quit working. A couple of weeks later I was able to get in for them to look at it. The woman who took care of me was wonderful. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. She tested the collar unit, confirmed it was defective, and replaced the unit with no questions asked, and I wasn't even charged a visit fee, since I was just in. To be honest, I didn't realize they carried a lifetime warranty, and was expecting to have to buy a new unit. I'll definitely be an Invisible Fence customer for life.

Does the fence work well? Yes it does. Did it help to manage our dogs and keep them within our property where they can roam free and be safe? Yes! Did this company do a good job installing the fence and training us on how to train our dogs? Yes! (but be mindful that they don't bury the wire very deep at all so it's easy to sever if you're digging around and not careful). So why only 2 stars? COST!!! Not only was the fence very expensive at initial purchase and install but anything you need afterward is an outrageous expense. Several months back I asked about an additional collar and it was like $400 (from what I recall). I needed and extra interior 'room' device that helps keep the dogs out of a specific room. I'd highly recommend Invisible Fence of Northeast PA! Jake was absolutely wonderful! He arrived on time, checked our fence to ensure that it was working, set the flags and gave a much needed clear and concise training refresher. He was polite, professional, kind and very patient with our dog. I couldn't have asked for more.
