I cannot recommend this company enough, every single aspect from sales, install, service was full of the most friendly and accommodating people. Kari helped get our kitchen done, was so helpful at every step, we are thrilled with the result and the investment. This team went above and beyond for our first kitchen remodel, educating and giving great advice. I hope I do not have to do another kitchen for a long time, but if I do a kitchen, I will be coming to Iowa Countertops!

I was looking for countertops and I found the one that I wanted here, so I payed and the lady in the front said it would arrive on February 2. I ordered it on January 22. I called them on January 30 to just check on the order and see if it was still going to arrive on February 2, and the lady told me that she couldn’t find the order. I gave her my name and phone number and she still couldn’t find it. She told me that she’ll call me back once she found the order. When she called me back she said she found the order and told me I just have to keep waiting because it hasn’t arrived yet. So I waited. On February 2(today)I went to pick up the order since today was the day of pickup and the lady in the front told me it still hasn’t arrived and I told her how much longer do I have to wait and she

Iowa Countertops did a great job with all of countertops and sinks in our new build. When we had a mishap with one of our sinks right before Christmas, they promptly helped us with the fix. Definitely recommend for your countertop needs.

Awesome customer service, was very inviting and friendly, especially since it was my first time getting an estimate for a countertop. Would definitely recommend for families and businesses. Went above beyond!!!!
