Iowa Demolition - An EIS Company

One of their drivers almost ran me over while I was crossing legally in the cross walk as a pedestrian and just kept going. I literally had to jump onto the sidewalk and almost fell because he was moving towards me so fast. And when I told my partner about it, he said to me “I saw one of those trucks blow through a light the other day and almost blast the car going through it.” So apparently this is just a thing with them and their employees.

Had a company truck tailgate my car and give me the finger. What a nice way to represent the company. Never going with you guys if that's how your people are. Terrible drivers.

We are completely satisfied with their recent work (and Mike the operator). Mike was great and listened to everything we mentioned. We had five areas of concerns in the project and every one off them were heard and taken into account. I can honestly say we couldn't be happier with the team's work.

We used these guys for our remodel at our business. They offered us pea gravel. I called them 3 times to make sure they were going to delivery it on date we had previously discussed. That day came we called yet again to confirm, they said they would see us in 1.5 hours. 2.5 hours later I call them. They tell us they have no pea gravel at all. didn't offer to go get some from somewhere else. Just said we were SOL. Very unprofessional and Cost us a ton of money because we had to stay closed another day so we could get pea gravel in there the next day. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Great, fast, friendly. Dan was able to maneuver the excavator like a second pair of hands. Impressed with the staff and quality of the work. If we ever need another demo (hopefully not), we will call Iowa Demolition.
