They were wonderful to work with!! Adam Moeller was the manager we worked. We were in a time crunch to paint walls before furniture was delivered and they were so good to work with! They also did a fabulous job and were so kind! Would highly recommend!!

Team Builders had Iowa Wall do quite a bit of painting for us and overall I was very happy with the outcome. Iowa Wall fixed two areas in my new bathroom where the countertop installer had used the wrong kind of caulk and therefore the caulk/paint by it looked absolutely terrible. It took a few attempts but the Iowa Wall guy got it looking really good. We also had bedrooms and our whole main level painted, and they did a great job on that. Lastly, they painted door jambs/did touchups after we had new doors put in and after we had some drywall repair. They did have to come back for touchups a few times at my request. But they did come back and in the end I was happy with it. No one is checking in after the jobs to check on the completeness, so that is one thing to know — you will have to sa

I will never use Iowa Wall again and I will not recommend them to anyone. Their work was sloppy and unprofessional. Communication was nonexistent. Big piles of wet mud left on the floor in multiple rooms. Incomplete corners. Outlet covered in kitchen causing bowed wall and problems installing microwave. Seams dropping/bubbling up off ceiling. Sloppy cut outs (wiring chewed up in at least one outlet) and plumbing pipes forced through incorrectly cut holes. Unfinished corners. Unfinished/sloppy finished seams. Broken/crumbling pieces used. Inconsistent texturing even after call back. Quick to get on sight, but no communication unless I call them. And when I call, I can't reach my rep... Nope... I have to leave a message. He would call back, but not always after the first voicemail. No follow

After Egress window leak, they did a clean job to replace the kelkote wall. Took time to get repainted and finished. They were clean and informative through the project. They did the original walls in 2008 and we're easy to work with. I go to them again

This is not a company you want to work with for a commercial project. They ignore GC direction to order material, even when paid in advance they refuse to acknowledge any sense of schedule let along urgency. My clients project was two weeks behind after two weeks due entirely to Iowa Walls and their inability to follow direction. They do not provide adequate labor, have poor communication, nothing is done proactively. When attempting to define the urgency of the delay they created they provide lip service with no follow up. If they do follow up they do so half-heartedly in an attempt to pacify the GC and tenant. Calls to the GC, Developer, Iowa Wall yield no results. Repeated attempts via email, phone, text go unresponded. I will personally never hire Iowa Wall for a commercial pro
