Corey is the best. He was very helpful prior to the inspection in advising me on how to prep, as part of the area was under a deck. He was very responsive to texts and made the entire process very easy. Additionally his rates seem more than fair. At the end of the day the damage to the property was minimal. I can't imagine it going anymore smoothly.
