IF YOU VALUE YOUR SAFETY AND PEACE OF MIND, DO NOT PARK HERE The valet staff are extremely rude and intimidating. When I noticed an extra charge and simply asked what it was for, instead of explaining, they acted like bullies, telling me to just pay without any explanation and trying to scare me into it. Their attitude was aggressive, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. There was no effort to help, only commands and hostile behavior. To make things worse, even though the pickup line was empty, they deliberately left my car far away at the parking exit, forcing me to walk, as if to further harass or punish me for asking questions. This was not customer service — it was intimidation. I felt unsafe and disrespected. A valet service should make customers feel comfortable, not fearful
Everything was fine until I came to pick my car which was damaged. It took some time to process the claim, but iPark covered the costs of my repairs, which I am grateful for. To me it's the key when a company does the right thing. They certainly need to be much more careful not to damage cars, it's for them to figure out to give people training, and have a better process in place. I would also suggest they fill in a damage report upon car's arrival, it takes awhile to retrieve the camera recordings to confirm the damages done by them.
Worse park garage. I Paid on the app, put the make, model and plate of my auto; when I got there the abusive attendant was requesting an extra charge, stating that my vehicle was oversize. The app rate includes suv;mine is a suv.What extra he was requesting. What's the reason to put the car details if the parking guy while decides if you need to pay extra or not. Maybe he doesn't get enough pay and need to gets extra pay from customers. DO NOT GET THERE OR YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF
Picked up my car only to see the right hand side mirror hanging off the car. Someone there had tried to stick it together with Scotch Tape! By the time I got home mirror was dangling off the car looking like it was ready to fall off. Luckily I noticed the damage before I left the park as I’m not sure where I would stand otherwise. The attendant who delivered the car to me denied any knowledge of the damage & was more concerned with his cell phone conversation than listening to my issue. Will be contacting their management in the morning but at this time, disgusted with the lack of honesty and credibility of this parking station. Never again no matter how attractive the pricing. Buyer beware.
TOTAL SCAM DO NOT PARK HERE! I would give no stars if I could. I was overcharged by the sneaky attendant who did not use my coupon that was valid and pre paid - he was supposed to charge only $10 for an SUV upcharge and billed me $45! I pointed it out then and there and asked to have it voided and rebilled and he said there was no way to void it. He was so rude and a cheat. I will never park there again. ( I park a lot around the city with no issues and have never complained). Be warned!
