Over the past year I’ve been following all of their projects on social media, but recently I was able to see one in person. The IPG Building Co. team really does an excellent job! The transformation of each property is truly remarkable! It’s really a pleasure to see the impact they’re having on the Topeka Community.

We feel extremely fortunate to own a home renovated by the IPG team. Working with them you can tell they have integrity and really care, we appreciate the quality of work that went into our home. Since this was our first time renovating an older home, there were so many questions and issues we had no idea how to go about. Not only were the IPG team members extremely professional and knowledgeable, they were easy to talk to and always available or quick at getting back to us. They never blew us off because we didn’t understand something basic, they were patient dealing with us which was as important for us as the quality of work they provided.
