IPW Construction Group, LLC

These guys are a joke. They have had our entire neighborhood on James Island torn up for months to replace several short lengths of storm sewer drainage lines. Five months into the project they haven't completed a single line, but have torn up dozens of properties. Moreover, they have left open trenches and holes, one of which a small child fell into recently due to a lack of fencing or barricades. They have ripped out fences and sprinkler systems, and have needlessly killed live oak trees that were decades old. It is unbelievable what these people have done to our neighborhood.

Chris Coggins of IPW Construction Group was great to work with. His communications were incredibly prompt and professional. The pricing was beyond fair too! I highly recommend them.

IPW is a gem! True construction professionals that understand the basics like timing, budget, communication and such. Their bid is their bond so I highly recommend. 👷‍♀️
