They were working down the block so I asked him to come over and aerate my lawn. They charged me $80 and the worker was basically running the machine as quick as he can over the lawn to get it done. Had barely any plugs coming out of the lawn. Talk to Albert and he had the worker redo a section the opposite direction after I complained. Worker was not overlapping the gaps from the wheels and totally missed areas. Gave him the $80 reluctantly. I should have done it myself like I planned.

My neighbors use this company as their lawn service, I had been looking for someone to tear out my front landscaping wall and the outdated evergreens in it- I had received many quotes which were outrageous or would choose someone and they never showed. I called Iris, they responded quickly, showed up when they said they would- did a great job. Workers were so kind and cleaned up very meticulously.

After seeking clarity for my inconsistent invoice amounts for months, they were aggressive and rude with their response. The service itself was often rushed and the results were mediocre as patches were often missed.

All services to date have been completed promptly and have been done well. This included a spring cleanup and topdressing. Albert (the owner) is responsive and pleasant to work with.
