If I could give zero stars I would! This company is very rude and unprofessional. I got a 15 hour notice that my utilities would be shut off via a letter on my door that was delivered by men who lingered in my entry way laughing. Second, I called to ensure it was accurate as most utility affected repairs are required to give a 15 day notice (unless it was an emergency repair which it was not expressed this was). When I went to call the number provided on the paper to confirm they were legitimate it rang to a personal cell phone of an individual who stated they had no relation to the company. After googling I found the correct number, I called to inquire and they were very rude. I also let them know the number they provided was incorrect and again, the women I talked to was very rude.
