I wouldn't do business with anyone else. After a large tree limb placed 3 large holes in my roof they were on it in no time! They immediately got an emergency tarp placed while I dealt with a pain in the ass insurance company. They always answer the phone when you call and help you with any questions or concerns you may have. They even helped guide me through the entire insurance debacle and helped me get made whole. Every employee all the way up to the owner was a pleasure to talk to and deal with. They were always on time and never had me waiting for anything. We had storm/wind damage on one of our rental houses. Ironclad went out to assess the damage the day I called and had it replaced within a few days. They helped us work with insurance company to get a smooth transaction for payment. Joey and his team were easy to work with, communicated every step of the way and took care of the job in a fast and efficient manner. I would highly recommend.

Received a call for a free quote/roof inspection, I informed the employee that my roof is covered by an HOA but I appreciated the call, without any response the person abruptly hung up. In the future, if I need any roofing services on another home I would make sure not to reach out given the unpolite staff.
