Ordered Euro fence panels and gate from Menards. Product was delivered to store with EVERY fence panel bent or corner welds broken. Had to re-order all the panels. Posts were fine. Gate had a large paint chip on the face. Fasteners supplied do not work properly to attach to poles so I had to spend another $75 on new cap screws. Supplied cap screws are not long enough, even when the posts are installed within 1/16" of the correct distance. Gate instructions are WRONG. They tell you where to drill the mounting holes for the 4' gate. When I told them I had a 6' gate they acknowledged the wrong info but said they would be updating the installation directions right away. They still have not updated them and that was 5 months ago. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. COMPUTER SYSTEM SCREWS UP ORDERS, AND NOBODY AT COMPANY CAN FIX THE ORDER. I PLACED ORDER 5 TIMES, THEY CHARGED ME, AND THEN PRETENDED LIKE THE ORDER GOT MESSED UP BECAUSE THEIR INVENTORY DIDNT REFLECT CORRECTLY. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!! IF THIS IS HOW POOR THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS FROM ANDERW, JESSICA AND MGR. DAN WHEN YOU ARE TRYING TO BUY, IMAGINE HOW BAD IT IS IF YOU HAVE AN ISSUE!!!

Fence selection is huge & the prices are very reasonable.
