He is patient and easy to work with (no hard sells!), and he always checks in. His team is made up of hard-working and talented folks who get each job done with excellence. We are out of state but were considering purchasing a property in Winfield. Iylland was wonderful to work with, he met at the property, handled everything with us remotely and gave us an honest and reasonable quote. His communication was great and we had nothing but confidence in his abilities!
