Disgusting lack of professionalism and basic humanity. This company had the exact blower motor I needed sitting in stock while my heat pump was down in the middle of winter in New York State. I explained clearly that I was facing a 3–4 day wait with no heat and that I have young children in the home. Despite this, Mikayla flat-out refused to sell me the part and was condescending and rude on the phone. No explanation, no attempt to help, no alternatives offered — just a cold refusal and attitude. This wasn’t a policy issue — it was a choice. A choice to show zero empathy, zero customer service, and zero concern for people dealing with an emergency heating situation. Stopped here on a whim yesterday in search of a shower door. Upon arrival we saw the showroom was closed so we went to customer care and asked if they had any. We were told they could custom order one, then the woman told us to hold tight while she checked on something. Turns out they had 2 shower doors in stock that would have worked for us. We picked the door and made the purchase. I went to go get my vehicle to load them in and they insisted on delivering it to us for FREE. Talk about amazing customer service, they were so helpful, patient and went above and beyond to get us what we needed at a huge discounted price. Delivery driver was amazing, curtious and helpful. Wish we had found this place sooner and been using them for products before this. GREAT JOB!

Excellent customer service! The show room associate went above and beyond to ensure I had the right replacement parts for a toilet for which I could not find universal parts. Other local competitors were not nearly as helpful, I definitely know where I'll shop first next time.

Always extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. They bend over backwards to help local businesses. Fair prices and stand behind their products! Keep in mind Irr Supply is a wholesaler and does not sell to the general public. Some of the negative reviews may be from individuals and not necessarily professionals in a trade. This is not a big box consumer hardware store like Home Depot or Lowe’s.
