System installed 25 years ago. Replaced valves over last three years ($1200) that keep cracking. IDA claims freezing conditions. Haven’t used sprinkler in two months and nothing like that freezes with just one frost. None of my neighbors have this issue with systems shut down after mine. They refuse any accountability. I’m moving on.
