Amazing customer service! They came out on the weekend when our unit died, in the summer. We have added vents and rerouted vents for a better balance of airflow in our home. It has made all the difference. Some of the nicest people you will ever do business with. Highly recommend.

We have used Island Air for several years, however NEVER again! Our problem is not with the products or work they provide, but with the LACK of customer service from the office staff of Island Air. I received a call from the owner's wife on yesterday threatening to turn me over for collections on a past due bill. I am a middle aged adult and I have NEVER had any business find it necessary to take legal actions to collect money from me. The owner's wife would not believe me that I had not received her statement and did not know I owed them anything. They had sent ONLY 1 bill between April and August and it went by email to my husband's office. When my husband received the emailed bill, he replied to their email with several questions and NEVER HEARD BACK FROM ISLAND AIR. Today, the o

Called them last July to install new ac/heat unit - they couldn’t come out and were not helpful. So I went with someone else. Same thing today. They aren’t taking new customers and did not recommend anyone. Thankfully looked back on my check as to who installed my unit last July and that’s who I will go with.

Nice people until they where told their prices where to high. They wanted to charge $7400 to replace units. Same work priced at many other places ran $5000. Got mad had an attitude when they where told we could get it much cheaper and ask if they wanted to cut the price a little. Got the work done much cheaper.

My parents have used Island Air for the last 20 years. After 2 of my AC's have been giving me problems for the last year, Steve from IA came out and finally resolved the issue. He was extremely knowledgable, thorough, and professional. I will always use Island Air from now on.
