John went above and beyond, not only was he knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process, but he also personally delivered my item to ensure it arrived in time for the contractor. There was zero wait time, and everything went smoothly. It's rare to find such dedication and customer first service these days. Highly recommend both Island Bath World and John if you're looking for a hassle-free, quality experience!

Had an amazing experience with Johnny completely outfitting my entire new home with fixtures. He patiently sat with me and walked me through each room fixture by fixture with every tile and surface I had in place. The timelines were accurate and the quality has been top notch. For reference I selected Brizo for my kitchens and primary and delta everywhere else.

Don't use them. They sell you used parts, they stay in business buy charging their customers 25% of restocking fee on return items. One of the sale person is a SNAKE, and you can get the same items and parts in Home Depot much CHEAPER!!!

Ordered a shower tub door through this company. Ordered in rubbed bronze but only received one part in that color. Called Island bath world representative for assistance and all they would do is give me the number of the tub door company and told me to call them. They would not even call on my behalf. So much for Customer Service.
