Poor customer service !!!.... I went to this store to buy 1/2 yard of fine sand to finish my patio as soon I walk into the store the guy at the front desk told me I can’t put the sand on your truck ( I have a Tacoma truck) , I said ok no problem , I asked how much is it? He replied $24.... I said ok . I gave him my debit card and he said ... ooohh no no minimum on credit cards it’s $50 !!! .... just poor management and careless customer service!!! Never go back to that store !

I went to this place 05.20.2017 7:30 am .Person inside do not cooperate very rude and nasty. He don't have people skills maybe he good forklift driver but very poor salesman. This was my first time and last time in this place

IBM was a very informative experience. I was helped by a handsome knowledgeable rep. He was patient explaining the different types of pavers for the job I was shopping for. As busy as it was he took the time to show me the difference of pavers in his display. I highly recommend IBM for service, quality and price. Thank you again Reo!

the guy in front desk sucks they should change him very rude he humiliated me few times just for buying material below 100$ he is bad person to deal with dont bring your money here they dont deserve to be in business .
