Had Adam do an estimate to install heating system. After we agreed, in September, Adam said he was behind, that he would take a down payment for the work the first or second week of November. So since then we have been trying to contact him only to get voicemail and no return call. Never have I been ghosted by a contractor or been told "I don't have time to talk." Update: contacted Amy at the office, after her response to my review, to give this company another chance. Was told 23 days out for an appointment and she said our quote was no longer valid. Asked for another quote Amy never contacted us back. Talked to another one of their customer's (on spring bay rd) said they had the exact same experience. In the middle of our deep freeze my 75 yr old father thought he was without heat..Adam stopped in to see what he could do to help after I called for my Dad. Fast efficient service! God Bless you! Adam came over six weeks ago and said he would do a quote for a furnace for my daughter Natassia’s home. He has never replied back to us and Amy in the office will not answer our phone calls….very unprofessional!!!

Ok I know all of these reports are negative but like cmon guys we were ranked #1 every year pretty much half of these people on here are outta towners. Maybe you are maybe you aren’t. Thanks dad for everything.

They I have also called Island Breeze concerning fireplace maintenance. Adam does great work and is a very nice guy. I highly recommend Island Breeze.
