He spent so much time and creative energy with my husband and I to go over options for our new flooring and also our kitchen updating! ****UPDATE**** I went to Direct Floors in Cape Coral over the weekend and they know how to treat a customer. I was greeted by a courteous and professional staff member and they answered all my questions. I purchase my floor from Direct floor and when I said I was impressed since it is such a small order he said " you will be flooring your entire house some day and we want your future business." So instead of the rude unprofessional and arrogant manner I was dealt with at Island flooring I was impressed with being treated the way ALL CUSTOMERS SHOULD BE TREATED. I would never deal with this company. I have a small job and when I went into their showroom to discuss the matter I was greeted by an arrogant man who wanted nothing to do with my small job.
