Island Floors

Island Floors was wonderful to work with. We had a flood and they came and ripped out the wet carpet right away. Came back later and installed new carpet. We are very happy with the workmanship and the customer service. Would definitely use again!!!

Bill Futrell Kent Island: May 8, 2025 Island Floors installed carpet on 3 floors of our townhouse in November 2020. See photos. They worked with us on the color and quality that we wanted and their insulation workmanship was outstanding. After 5 years, due to our walking patterns, some slight slack has occurred in the carpet on the first floor and Island Floors will be coming out to make tweaks to tighten up the carpet AT NO COST! This is a company of excellent workmanship, quality of materials and service standing behind their work. I highly recommend Island Floors to anyone upgrading on newly installing their flooring in their home or businesses.

Island Floors is wonderful. I love that they are a small shop that has great choices but is not overwhelming like a big box store. So, far, we have had them put down hardwood in a bedroom and a loft. The work was absolutely beautiful. They did everything that we asked and more. Everything was cleaned up after the installation like they were never even here! They also provided absolutely beautiful Italian tile for my kitchen.

My family and I worked with Jeffrey from Island Floors and were thrilled throughout every step of the process, especially with the final floor! They helped us quickly choose a floor complementing our eat-in kitchen, bath, and hallway. Their team arrived on time, worked hard, and finished the job quickly!
