I had Island Maintenance come to my home. They replaced a leaking handle on the water hose outside. They said the other water leak would require putting a hole through my brick into my kitchen. They charged me $150 for the hose leak. I called a different licensed plummer. He said there is just a leak at the handle and fixed it in 5 minutes without going through the wall of my house. I showed him the work that Island did at the hose and he laughed, he said boy they ripped you off. I called Island to explain what happened and the owned just said he was right but he was going to fire the working and justified the price. Buyer beware! A hole into my brink into my kitchen for a leak at the handle??? And over charged for a replacement part?

Wanted to dispute the 2 bad reviews below. In short we had a call for a plumbing issue from one of our property management companies that we work for and the tenants were upset that they got charged by the property management company for replacing the toilet at their rental property. They had dropped their glasses in the toilet and ASKED us to crack the toilet to get them out and then replace toilet as they thought they would not have to pay for new toilet. All this work was done on a Saturday and was stressed to property manager that the work would be weekend rates and the property management company gave us approval to do that work. The tenant got upset when we they were charged and called us and told us they would leave bad reviews on places like Google. I just wanted to tell our sid

Island Maitenance was quick and efficient. They were able to get out to our rental property the same day we called to complete some repairs that were needed. We will definitely be using them again!!

If you’re looking for quick responses, courteous technicians, and quality work to be done, then you have to call Island Maintenance. I’ve used other maintenance companies in the past and never have I gotten the level of service that Island Maintenance provides. I won’t use anyone else in the future. Thanks guys!
