Island Pool Care

After moving to Cocoa Beach a little over three years ago, I went through five different pool cleaners! before finally finding Trey and I wish I had met him first. Trey is, without question, the best pool cleaner I’ve ever had, no kidding, since moving here. He’s reliable, professional, and genuinely takes pride in his work. I cannot rave enough about Island Pool Care. Super cool guy, does amazing work. He's really worked with our pool and I'm sooo grateful. Completely dependable. He's like a pool whisperer. The color of the water has improved so much and within like one week. When previous pool guy quit, my pool was in pretty bad shape. The difference is night and day. Also, I'd love to write a short story about his life. Just a really interesting person and a lovely family. It's such a pleasure to have good people around. I wish him joy and success. He's the best at what he does!

Trey Hill has been amazing at keeping our pool at its best. I appreciate his patience with us, we are new pool owners so we have all the questions to ask. But he gladly answered everything we've ever thrown at him. He is efficient at what he does and it is very much appreciated. Most of the time, I don't look at my phone to catch the messages about his arrival for a service, but I can always tell when he stopped by because the pool will look extra inviting.

Trey started out great, showed up on time and pool seemed cleaned and maintained. 5 months ago I noticed a fault light on my pool equipment and asked him about it. He said he'd take a look and see if he could fix/reset it. I never heard back so expected he was able to resolve the issue. End of Jan I noticed the fault light again and asked about it. He told me he had reset it several times and it just keeps coming on. Then I notice my pool water a little lower than usual. When I checked my equipment I saw my pool water heater leaking a lot of water. I was home while he cleaned the pool (while it was leaking) and he didn't tell me about that either. I had the leaking equipment fixed and the next week after he serviced the pool, I took a water sample to have it checked. My pool needed 3 cups
