ISLAND SEPTIC SYSTEMS

I had an appointment with Island Septic, today. Never have I thought I would have the opportunity to say I had a wonderful experience having my septic tank pumped, but these guys were awesome! Not only did Devon(sp?) counsel me as to how to go easier on the tank, and save money in the long run, he called 10 minutes after leaving because he was concerned that they had left my side gate open and didn't want my dog to get out. Now, THAT is a good man! Thank y'all so much!!

Fantastic experience with this crew. We had a backed up septic and field drain. Devin and Neil were so nice and took care of everything quickly while thoroughly explaining what options we had to fix the problem. Nothing salesy, just matter of fact. They were so knowledgeable and cleared everything up, even putting our yard back together. Will definitely be using them in the future (but hopefully not too soon)!

I contacted Island Septic for a pump out service at my home. They were responsive in returning my call and showing up when they said they would. They consulted me on the condition of the system and were polite. I have no real issues with the service performed. However, I had been given a verbal quote of 375.00 and once the service was completed I was told the total was 650.00 (twice as much!). Apparently, I have a 1500 gallon tank and they had expected a 1000 gallon tank and did not realize it was larger until they finished pumping. When I questioned the large jump, I was told "they could pump some of it back in if I wanted". I would advice others to take care with the quoting / pricing process.

We are happy with the service we received. We asked for a quote over the phone. The price was as quoted. Christian and Devin performed the service and were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Service was prompt. Would use them again and would recommend.
