Island Windows & Doors gave us a fair price and delivered exactly what we expected within the quoted timeline. They use Renovate Hawaii for installation, and those guys were excellent too. The windows were delivered directly to our house by a courier, which was a surprise but actually made things easier since there was no need to coordinate a pickup beforehand. All in all, a smooth process and we’re happy customers.

We decided to purchase their additional Service & Maintenance program to ensure our windows stay in great condition! Kawika, their maintenance tech, always provides the best customer service! Quoted and promised windows within a certain timeframe. Then they went no contact after that timeframe was already gone twice and waited two months afterward, and finally was only contacted through a secondary source. All this to only find out that the windows were never made. Would highly recommend going with someone else.

Do not do business with this company. So disappointing. They are very nice when things are going well. If you have a problem or a question, they ghost you. I have had two separate experiences and they were both bad. This last time I waited six months for a single window to arrive. Still waiting. Do yourself a favor and use another company.

Island windows & Doors is a great company! I’ve had my windows for a few years now and never had any major issues. Kawika, there maintenance tech came out today because I had some broken pull tabs from wear and tear. He took care of it and provided the best customer service.
