Ispiri - Design & Remodel

I'd recommend Ispiri to anyone who may be contemplating any remodel work in their home. PM Steve along with Pete and Sara were top notch from the get go. Everything went as planned. Ispiri employees and subcontractors were all punctual, professional and performed outstanding work. We couldn't be happier with the outcome and the value. If you are even thinking about a project, look up Pete at Ispiri. He's knowledgeable, personable, experienced and will not put any sales pressure on you. Good trade partners. Mirza and and his crew were easy to work with. Sara’s design work and suggestions were top notch. Kept their promised schedules. Quality materials. This is our second project with Ispiri and we were satisfied with the results.

Ispiri completed our remodel in July, and the experience was great. The project was on schedule, and the quality of work was excellent. Pete and Becca were great to work with in defining the project, designing our new space, and Mirza did a great job managing our project. We really appreciated the communication, and responsiveness. We enlisted Ispiri to help us with our project, constructing an indoor sport court addition on our home. We were promised a high level of transparency and accountability for the initial project budgeting and were assured that the $17,000 we spent for design, would be applied towards our overall budget for the project. We brought the vision along with the overall design for the space and had architectural plan already in place prior to selecting Ispiri (we hired a 3rd party architect to give us a better baseline and to provide better clarity for our vision to Ispiri and other GCs during our selection process).
