I don't even have the words to express not only our gratitude for Ago and Sal, but their craftsmanship. Italia was recommended to us while we were in the middle of an utter disaster with a mason company we hired and left us with shoddy work. We were literally sick to our stomachs, and Sal and Ago came over as soon as we explained our situation to assess what we needed completed and any repairs they could possibly work out. A couple days later, they were at our house, ON TIME, and worked diligently all day long. They took their time to explain their work and thought process and made sure we were more than satisfied. Their attention to detail is what sets them apart. If you ask them for a certain design or for the tiles to line up a certain way they will make sure that it will. They take the time to decide which colors, size, design works best with each room that they are renovating. When you are overwhelmed with options, they give their expert opinion on what would work best in the room. They do everything from simple classic designs to one of a kind designs. They are responsive and take the time to make sure the work is done perfectly! The work is magnificent! When you are redoing bathrooms, kitchens and floors, they will give recommendations based on what theme you like or how you would like the rooms to flow. They do not rush you into making a decision and they seem to really love the work that the

Sal is amazing! We needed our backsplash completed in a day due to scheduling of our kitchen reno. Not only did he complete it, but made sure everything was perfect. He respected our home by covering and cleaning his work areas. Not to mention he’s a great guy to have a chat with. Highly recommend Italia Tile & Masonry.
