Italian Tile Design

After installing tile in our Living Room, hallway, dining room and kitchen, we decided to complete the job and renovate our guest bathroom. Denice was very knowledgeable in both product and design and she helped us select the perfect tiles for both jobs. She listened to our ideas and tweaked them when she felt it would lead to a better outcome. She stayed well within our budget. There are many beautiful tiles available at their new location. Alex and his crew, especially Louis and Mike and their helpers were wonderful to work with. They were efficient and showed pride in their craft. They made a huge project manageable. We contracted with Italian Tile Design to put flooring throughout our home and are really glad we did. Both Alex and Denise were so helpful providing ideas we would never have come up with on our own. The end result is beautiful. Getting there was challenging due to supply complications with Covid-19. Denise and Alex kept us informed throughout and were incredibly patient as we changed our minds multiple times during the process. We interviewed four companies before choosing Italian Tile Design. We went with them because of how professional, knowledgeable and likeable Denise and Alex are and also because they have their own crew on payroll. A big thank you to Kathy and her team. Kathy is a delight to work with. She has an excellent design sense and help us on two projects. We had ideas yet we were a drift. She took our ideas, translated them for us and steered us toward making good choices. She speaks up when you might be making a bad design decision and I like that. Her design advice and tips were very valuable to us. Plus, she's always cheerful and fun to work with. We are very happy with all the title we selected and our two projects turning out awesome! From start to finish, everyone showed professionalism, design assistance and most of all, patience! I would go in thinking I had a solid plan, then Terina would graciously help me, and then I was on another GREAT design direction!! Time after time after time, she remained so helpful in this fun process. I can't forget about Nardi, the Install Manager! He was also so professional, kind, knowledgeable, reliable and even took calls after hours. Then of course, this installers, Julio and Mix! They, too, were excellent. SO, look no further! I know there are many tile resources around, but this was a great experience.

I finally stopped in here and I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised by the selection and the staff. Great selection across a variety of price points and the staff was very helpful in sourcing exactly what I was looking for (including letting me look in the backyard among the small lots of bulk tile since my project was small). Highly recommended.
