Ithaca Overhead Door

Steve at one time was reliable and his work was of quality. I have contacted him several times to give me a quote to install fencing and several times to fix a problem with my overhead door that he installed a dozen years ago. He promised to come out and take a look at the fence project at least twice and never showed up, called, or texted me to make arrangements. This seems to be his mode of operation these days, because he did the same thing when asked to fix my overhead.

We needed someone to come quickly because our garage door was stuck shut with a car in the garage. Steve arrived quickly and had the door fixed in about 15 minutes. Great service and great company. I highly recommend!
