It's Maid Day

We've been using It's Maid Day since we first moved into our home in February, and we've been so satisfied every time! Sometimes we'll have a team of 3 people, and sometimes we'll just have an individual. Our last cleaning was with Lyndsey by herself, and it was the best cleaning we've had. She was exceptional and she really went above and beyond. Our house was spotless, it smelled lovely, and she added some thoughtful, creative touches that made us smile (like putting our stuffed animals in the chairs of our game table LOL). The philosophy under which this company operates is very disappointing. Let me explain... I had a deep cleaning service done for my sister who lacks mobility to do this kind of work. Two people came and did the work. They did a fine job. However, one of them accidentally broke a slat on one of the blinds and advised my sister right away. I called Michelle and let her know and asked if they would please have someone repair it. She explained that the contract says that they are not responsible for something like that (of which I'm aware) , but that she would ask the owner (which I appreciated). She got back with me and said they will not repair the blind because, as stated previously, they are not responsible for that. Also I noticed a change from her initial kind decorum from when she was
