We had flooring done to our business few months back. The quality of work provided is poor. I called in since one of the wooden floor strip came out snd its tripping hazard to our clients. Mario’s son was on this project he sub hired another handyman named Fernando. I have to call Fernando to fix wall stripping which was done poorly. Within a week of completing our project. And now, He said his father is going to reach out to me. Im still waiting!!!! There is poor communication to fix our floor. its been more than a week lack of communication …. I know most of the reviews for is excellent Im sure they must have done projects very good but I didnt have good experience…Im being patient and I paid two grand for this project. I need a fix asap.

Mario and his Team recently completed exterior repairs on my house, including siding replacement on the chimney pipe, which was very hard to reach. Mario kept me updated on every step of the project. The job was done timely and with excellent quality. Mario's Team was reliable and experienced. They did a great job cleaning up after finishing all repairs. ItsMyHelper was referred to us by neighbors who had a sunroom added to their house, and were pleased with their work. The owner, Mario, and his Team recently provided extensive repairs & refurbishing to our large wooden deck. From start to finish - there was a high level of professionalism, active & clear communication on the project, and the deck was restored and painted and it now feels like new. Additionally, the Team left the entire worksite and driveway clean of debris, waste, and trash. A job well done - and will use again.

March of 2015 we had to clean out and fix up the father in-laws house. Mario was kind enough to meet me on the weekend and have his guys start immediately the following week. The amount and variety of work that Mario can get done is amazing. His work quality and timeliness were excellent. Wish he was closer to home to us in the Midwest, He would a very powerful asset in accomplishing any construction task or remodeling need around the house. He charged what he quoted.
