I called around 8:30AM on a Friday and Mindy was very helpful with getting a dump truck full of gravel for our road & driveway since I have never had to order gravel before. It was scheduled to be delivered around noon the same day. I received a call around 11:23 AM letting me know the driver would be at my house in 20 minutes. Caleb arrived promptly and I gave him instructions on where I wanted the gravel. He was friendly, professional and very respectful of my property. The price was very fair and the delivery time excellent. It appears that they will provide same day delivery if at all possible and the customer service on the phone was excellent. I will be a repeat customer and I highly recommend Iverson Earthworks.

Dishonest. Overall poor customer service. They quoted me 65$ an hour for a sewage inspection. It was the lowest bid so naturally, I took it. It took them over 3 months to come out. It was past the due date of the inspection. They finally get out there. I have a newer septic tank. All you have to do is look at it. No digging. There less than an hour. Later I get a bill for 190 $. I'm like why is this three times the amount we agreed on. I called them a total of 7 times over a three week period. They not once returned my phone call. I. Finally get them to PROMISE to call me back. They did not. So I called them back AGAIN. Finally get a hold of someone. They said the extra cost was for time driven ( I live 4 miles away) and other "stuff". They did offer to take 20 dollars off.... Woopie
