I was referred to Julio by our painter and he was the biggest blessing during our house remodel. Julio re-did our laundry room floor, remodeled our guest bathrooms, installed our toilets and bathroom sinks, installed and painted our trim, hung shelves, and so much more. Not only did Julio do these things for us, but he went above and beyond making sure things were precise and finished correctly. We trusted him to come and go as he pleased (we were not living in the house at the time) and he worked extremely hard. Julio was kind enough to also help me with a few quick tasks that we were not paying him for. He's a standup contractor who is kind, trustworthy, communicative and fair. We reached out to Julio when our bathroom tile started cracking due to some sort of small water leak near our toilet. We had extra flooring from another house project ready for use and Julio came over to take a look and give me a quote breakdown of parts and labor. Even though it changed from a 1-day project to 2 days because the water damage was more excessive and required fans to run overnight to dry out the area, Julio stuck to the quoted amount. He was trustworthy, incredibly thorough, took great care in his work product, was a great communicator and nice to work with! Pulling out the tile also meant a large part of the lower wall would be exposed without paint and he even paint matched perfectly - no one would be able to guess he added a new layer of paint there!
