J and J Fence Co

Sadly contracted through Lowe’s. Unprofessional business and amateur work from start to finish. Everything is crooked and randomly installed. All four of my gates sag terribly day one. Nothing was measured or centered. Half of the fence is down in the dirt making edging the grass impossible without damaging the new fence. Also took months instead of days. I paid thousands for lazy rushed work that I could have done better and faster myself. Update: Today I was told that they would not fix my fence unless i removed my bad review. So you can add blackmail or extortion to my list of complaints.

J and J were hired by Lowe's to install our fence. From the start there was zero communication or planning. Everything was rushed and they never asked us how we wanted anything to be done. It has been months and we still have unresolved issues due to poor installation. They only showed up one day per month and looked for any reason to leave or not finish when we had 99% of the parts the entire time. Then they blamed everything on Lowe's and vise versa. I cant tell you what a total nightmare our fence installation has been.

We were very pleased with J and J. We had contracted through Lowe's, and while Lowe's was awful to deal with, the people at J and J were professional, on time, did quality work and communicated constantly with us about the work. We had a 4 ft tall chain link fence put in for our dog. Would totally recommend J and J.

I’ve been trying to get my fencing project contracted with them through Lowe’s finished for over a year now and it still hasn’t been finished. My fence posts went all winter and spring with no caps on them, exposed to the elements, because they never put them on when they “finished” the project. They’ve returned 3 times now, the caps are still missing and the issues they supposedly were returning to resolve, never got resolved because they never came back. This is after it took them a week longer to finish our project than expected because someone got stung by a bee so they left. It’s just been unprofessional from the start and I would never recommend these contractors, or Lowe’s, if you want to spend thousands to have a project done and done right the first time. J&J fencing did a great job on my fence. Went over everything before starting and even got my zoning permit and called 811 dig as well. The employees was very respectable. My fence is looking beautiful after they was done and clean up everything. from the the trash that got left from the material to the dirt being clean up from my yard. Great job. Great company.
