JB Cool was great to work with. We called them when our AC broke during a heatwave. Within a day they came to our house, ordered a new engine, installed it, all during the weekend. Great service and very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

AC had a clog, water dripping into my kids room. With 2 kids under 2 years old, in the middle of the “heat dome” I wasn’t hopeful that we’d getting it fixed on a Saturday. They came a couple hours after contacting their office and fixed the issue within an hour. Couldn’t be happier with the service and promptness. Thank you!

If you want a company that communicates this is NOT the company for you. They took a part out of my furnace and said it would be a week. Over a month has passed and NO ONE has kept us informed. We have called multiple times with no response. Very disappointed.
