I had an absolutely fantastic experience with JB Lawn Sprinklers and their lawn service. As a veteran, I really value professionalism, reliability, and people who take pride in their work, and these guys absolutely delivered. They took care of my front yard and did an incredible job from start to finish. The crew showed up on time, were extremely professional, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. They didn’t just cut the grass and leave. They went above and beyond by cleaning up a large amount of pine needles and pine cones, trimming the bushes nicely, and making sure everything looked clean and sharp when they were done. Jeremy our HOA's onsite landscaping manager, is a breath of fresh air. I've interacted with him on three occasions and each one was positive. Most recently, he provided a quote to refresh landscaping in a courtyard that is challenged by low sun. He offered thoughtful solutions and provided a detailed quote in real time. Imagine a solution that eliminates frustrations, such as lateness, provides expected, but always delivered qualities, such as professions and politeness, and is efficient ( an emailed quote delivered before he pulled out of driveway). I will update and comment on the crew after the work is complete, but I am quite impressed with Jeremy and JB Lawn Sprinklers.

Attempted repair of existing system that was affected by construction. Was able to get one zone working. Challenging to sort out which old valves to remain and which to replace. The plan evolved from bid to tech to install. The $100 missed appointment fee reminders were irritating enough to offer a public comment. It was hard to anticipate and plan my work around when the different crews were going to be on the job. Generally satisfied with personal interactions.

From the moment I made the phone call to JB Lawn Sprinklers on December 18, 2025 & spoke with Stephanie to make an appointment for December 30, I knew immediately I was going to be in good hands. I had the pleasure of working with Daniel on December 30. Daniel was kind, patient, knowledgeable, professional, and the entire customer experience made me feel seen and heard. They have new contract for The Lakes area in Brunswick Forest. So far we have been very impressed. They did a great job pruning our knock out roses. They have been prompt responding to questions.
