I highly recommend J & B West Roofing and Construction. They did a great job. Jeremy, the sales rep, was thorough and provided a fair quote. It wasn't the cheapest or the most expensive, but it was the best value. The quality of materials / length of warranty impressed me, as they were better than the more expensive quotes I got. The roofing crew was nice and kept me in the loop... which is great because I am nosy! J & B West simplified the daunting process of replacing a roof and created a very satisfied customer.

Our entire experience with J & B West was exceptional from start to finish. Virgilio & his crew were respectful & efficient. They had our new roof installed in ONE DAY (very much appreciated!) and cleaned up every piece of debris. The office staff kept in contact with us and always reached out first with any changes. We felt we were in good hands with the J & B West team and would highly recommend their services!

J&B West Roofing did a great job with our new roof installation. Luis provided great service up front and always called ahead to let us know when he was on the way to our house. Kyle worked closely with our insurance agent and got us a great claim to help cover the cost of the repair and most of the roof replacement. They replaced the whole roof in about a day and a half, including tear off of the old shingles. The project manager, Virgillio, was excellent. He answered all our questions, was very knowledgeable, and was always polite, respectful, and very professional. J & B includes a 10 year warranty on their work, which is one of the reasons why I chose them over other contractors. Your shingles will have their own separate warranty. They were very professional throughout the process, and the crew did an excellent job which included a very thorough clean-up when they were finished. Their project manager Virgilio was fun to talk with, and it was evident that he cares about doing things with excellence. We had a spot where the roof was separating from the soffit, and some birds had gotten in and built a nest. Another well known roofing company in the area quoted $1500 for the repair. That was just before we decided to get quotes on a whole new roof. J & B fixed the problem at no additional charge, stating that the work that was quoted by the other compa
