I was concerned about roots infiltrating the sewer line because I had a blockage years ago and have not had it rodded out in about 2 years. The camera showed the line to still be clear so rodding was not necessary. It also showed some cracks in clay pipe that may need future attention. Price was a special from mail flyer so I don't expect to see that again. Mike did a great job explaining what he saw and showing me the pictures. He was very professional and easy to communicate with. I couldn't ask for better service.

Stephen is the best. He came to the home within 2 hours of the initial call and he was wonderful. He was calm and very thorough and did not leave the house without triple checking that the plumbing problem we had was solved. He also camera scoped the sewer line and had great advice. I would love to work with Stephen anytime and will recommend him to all of my real estate clients and friends.

Our old home came with plenty of plumbing problems. Luckily, we can rely on J. Blanton for help, specifically their technician Edgar. He’s thorough, knowledgeable, communicative, and always completes high-quality work whether it’s a really big job, or something small and simple. This time he rebuilt a toilet original to the home and replaced its handle so we could maintain the vintage appearance. Couldn’t be happier. Thank you!

Generally, not a big fan of large company services, but the technician was really helpful and knowledgeable. Straightforward and communicative with the pricing as well as professional and handled my tenants with care and respect. I will rate this gentleman, a 10 out of 10. And well honestly, because of him be using the service again.

Super friendly, knowledgeable and quick to help out with an urgent issue. Anthony did a great job in a somewhat tight space. I was especially pleased that he took the time to explain what he thought was the best approach to fixing our issue prior to doing it, and then again explaining it after he was done. Would recommend!
