The service and communication was good until it came time to do the final furnace and air conditioning hookup. We had a date scheduled for them to come and start the furnace and charge the A/C. After waiting for them most of the day and not hearing anything I called and didn't get a clear answer on why nobody showed up, but was promised someone would be there the next morning. Nobody showed up again. After over a week of no shows someone finally came and started the furnace. Furnace was not working properly and they needed to come back an additional time to get it working.

I've had them out twice in the Todd County area. And Joe is accountable, informative and responsive, truly one of the best mechanical businesses I've worked with. Even in the late hours of the night when I had an issue from some work that was done that day, he had a guy there the next morning to address the issue. Definitely adding to my Go-To List!

Do not recommend. They took over what used to be Countryside in Long Prairie .It took them weeks to finish a very simple job, and what they charged was completely out of line for what they did. Seemed to be a lot of guess work going on. Just not the professionalism and know how we were used to with Countryside. We will not be calling again. We will be looking to Alexandria from here on.

Furnace went out today. They came out and replaced the circuit board. Only one in town who answered the phone. Our cabin was down to 34 degrees. I sure appreciate you guys. Thank you

We have had J-Brothers help solve a few issues for us. A/C unit, outdoor wood boiler, thermostat issues, wood boiler pumps, and garage heater. They’re always same-day service for us. I feel like they prioritize their customers and are so good at problem-solving! Thanks J-Brothers!
