C C Dillon performed service on my pressure toilet tank in August 2025, they replaced the main stem in the tank at a cost of $211. In December, just three months later I had to have another one put in ( this cost $199), surprisingly since it was the exact same labor, same part, plus…. The first one I was told was discounted because he stopped work on mine midway through and it took all day to finish. When I asked about any warranty or guarantee on the service or part, I was told no! In January, it went bad and I was informed again…. No guarantees, but worse yet, all I was provided with was a quote for a whole new tank, no further communication and no call back even at my request. Unbelievably super bad communication and service.

if you are going to have employees drive in your company vehicles, at least make sure they know how to drive... driving downtown davenport and one of your employees driving your company vehicle used zero turn signals and when i was in a turn lane from a one way to a two way, they were not in the turn lane but in the lane beside me that was only to go straight. your employee turned in front of me and cut me off. the only time they used a turn signal was to cut me off. wow how polite.

Charged me $5,000 to replace old sewer lines that they said were causing back ups. They did a good job replacing the lines but it still backs up almost every month. I have to constantly call roto rooter out. I left 2 voicemails with no response , so I never made a payment . Then they sent me to collections still with out a response . I would have paid if it was done right . The problem wasn’t fixed

Called to get an estimate and have some drain issues taken care of. Talked to the guy and I could not even get him to come out and look at my problem. He said he will write up an estimate and email it to me. I asked how he could write an estimate if he doesn’t send someone out to find the problem. He said he didn’t want to send his guy out and make him lay in grey water sewage. I thought plumbers did that. I called Arnold and sons who were very professional and fixed my problem. I won’t send my enemies to Dillons

Two has leaks were found in my house the Friday before Easter. American shut my gas off until it was fixed. I called JC Dillon and only one person was left in the office, Doug. Doug said everyone was gone for the holiday but said he would see what he could do. He called me back about 15 minutes later saying he has someone who can fix the leaks. Rhett came by at the specified time, was very polite and efficient and fixed the leaks quickly. Ameren came to turn the gas back on. He said They did a good job fixing the pipes. Thank you for helping me get this resolved so quickly.
