I hired the guys at Avid to install a new air conditioner unit. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. They took extra time to make sure my new system was dialed in properly. They were timely and responsive and got the job done in good time. They were respectful of my home and property. And they cleaned up after the job was done. They are competent at their craft. I would highly recommend them to others, especially if you live near or around the Lake Minnetonka area. I regard them as very trustworthy and offering a great value on the level of services they delivered. They also recommended replacing my furnace’s rusted burners while they were at it, since they were already working on the system. Glad they did. Thank you Avid heating and air conditioning for doing a great job.

We’ve been so pleased with the level of service, professionalism and timeliness the Avid team dedicated to our project. Our remodel required extensive HVAC work as well as rerouting gas lines and installing a beautiful but large & heavy brass range hood. Dave answered promptly on the first call and was able to come out in a few hours. The amazing thing was it was also a holiday and the heat was way too much with a full family to keep cool. He was able to fix the problem with a very fair rate for the circumstances. Dave was friendly and knowledgeable. Sucks my AC broke but happy to find a reliable and fair person to work with in the future.

I had a great experience with Avid. After our furnace was tagged due to a carbon monoxide issue, Dave came out to look at it the same afternoon. The new unit was installed two business days later. Avid gave me a fair estimate up front, unlike a larger competitor that was going to charge us much more. They also reconfigured our vent setup so that the furnace would run quieter and take a better filter. After his team finished the job, Dave came back to check the work himself.
