Highly recommend. Jack and his crew have done numerous jobs for our commercial business and our home. They've done our entire refinished basement, added a level 2 EV charger to our garage, and completed numerous tricky diagnostics/repairs at our businesses including 3-phase high power commercial hvac systems. They've always done a great job, worked professionally and cleanly, communicated great, responded quickly, and showed patience with our many questions and change requests. Highly recommend!

Thursday afternoon a strong storm went through our area. Power was lost. My Generac standby generator came on as expected and began supplying power to my home. After about an hour it shut down. A fault message was on the display that the alarm and shut down were due to low oil pressure. There was sufficient oil in engine, so I felt the pressure switch had failed. Friday morning I was given the name of JD Electric from Generac support. I called JD of my situation. There service men were all out on calls but the receptionist contacted them and was informed that there were replacement switches on their service trucks. One of the electricians returned to the office and dropped one off for me to purchase and install myself. They gave me a couple of pointers and said that this issue is fairly co
