I was so relieved to have found J & D Flooring when searching for a reputable company to handle the flooring install in my home. They came highly recommended and did not disappoint. They got me in for an estimate the day I called and then I worked with Bret who assisted me with locating someone to install the flooring (another reputable contractor), locked in the estimate, scheduled the delivery of flooring and scheduled the install. Bret was also very knowledgeable about the flooring choices and super patient with me as I made changes to the flooring that was to be installed. I was recently doing a renovation on a nursery, I was looking to get carpeting to make if softer and safer for the long times standing and playing. I came her first because of a few great recommendations. Good thing I did It turned out perfect!!! I knew the size I needed and the color I kind of had in mind and they were happy to help. after walking around and making my selection which was a very stress free situation they were there to help but not necessarily upsell. We set up a date and time that was convenient and the person who came to install was awesome. He came a few minutes early did a great job in no time. I will use them again and recommend them to anyone who mentions needing carpet. Great business great service and local what more can you ask for!!!!!

Was recommended by a friend. Company seems geared more to contractors. Was left sitting on a roll of carpeting for 10 minutes before being acknowledged on my first visit. Final price did not match the estimate. I was unpleasantly suprised when i stopped in to pay my bill. They probably should have eaten the additional $57 dollars, they knew i wasnt pleased...so here we are... on the plus side, the workmanship was outstanding, thus salvaging my rating..

So I gotta brag a little on this business. Firstly we got the referral from a trusted friend, so we knew going in things would be good. I just had no idea how good. We own an 1870s Victorian and we purchased it with a kitchen upstairs (🤮) anyways, we removed that kitchen and were turning that space into a bedroom for oldest. We painted the walls, replaced some baseboard and everything else. Go to rip the linoleum up.
